Line Pipe

Oil Casting & Tubing

Oil Casing is a large-diameter pipe that serves as the structural retainer for the walls of oil and gas wells,

or wellbore. It is inserted into a well bore and cemented in a place to protect both subsurface formations

and the wellbore from collapsing and to allow drilling fluid to circulate and extraction to take place.

The Out Diameter: Ø 114,3 mm. - Ø 508 mm. ( Ø4 1/2" - Ø 20” ).

Wall-Thickness: 5,21 mm. - 16,13 mm.

Tubing is pipe to be used for the transportation of crude oil and natural gas from an oil or gas layer to the

surface after drilling is complete. It is made to withstand the pressure generated from the extraction process.

Tubing manufactured in the same way as casing, except that an additional process known as "upsetting" is

applied to thicken of the pipes.

The Out Diameter: Ø 60,325 mm - Ø 114,3 mm. (Ø 1,05" - Ø 4,50" )

Drill Pipe

Drill pipes are steel tubes with threaded ends that are used to connect a drill rig's surface equipment

with its drilling equipment, or bottom hole assembly, at the bottom of a well. They are used to transport

drilling fluid to drill bits, and to raise, lower and rotate the bottom hole assembly along with the drill bit.

Drill pipes must be manufactured to withstand severe internal and external pressure, distortion, bending

and vibration. They are reusable and are not considered consumables in the process of exploring for and

extracting oil and gas.

Wall-Thickness: 1,70 mm. – 9,50 mm.
