Cold-Resistant, Torsional & Flame-Retardant Wind-Power Cable

1. Enterprise standards-referenced HD22.12 S2: 2007 establishment of such standards.

2. Cable type: H07BN4-F

3. Cable's rated voltage: U0 / U 450/750V, 600/1000V.
4. The number of cable cores are 1,2,3,4,5,6,12,18,24,36. The cable conductor cross-section

range: 1.5 ~ 630mm2.
5. Cable conductor to allow the long-term maximum operating temperature of 90 ℃.

Maximum allowable short-circuit cable conductor temperature 250 ℃ (up to 5s). Cable

installation, operation, transportation and storage of the minimum allowable temperature

of - 40 ℃.
6. Conductor cable with tinned soft copper wire, taking into account the standard of the five

categories GB/T3956 soft conductor, equivalent to IEC60228 related requirements.
7. The cable insulation material using EPR (EPDM) rubber-based material with excellent heat

                          resistance, ozone-performance, fully in line with DIN VDE 0207 Section 20 requirements.
                           8. Insulated wire cores color recognition requirements in line with HD 308.
                           9. Sheathe: sheathe material using CR (chloroprene rubber) or CSP (CSM) rubber-based

material with excellent oil resistance, cold resistance, anti-UV, anti-distortion performance,

                          in full compliance with DIN VDE 0207 section 21 requirements.
                         10. Cable test voltage of AC: 3500V/5min.
                         11. The cable bend radius: minimum bending radius moved 6 times the cable diameter.

Minimum bending radius fixed 4 times the cable diameter.
12. Special performance:

● Oil resistance based on and in accordance with EN60811-2-1 standards.

● Based on flame-retardant properties and in accordance with IEC60332-1-2 standards.

● Low Temperature -40 ℃ state, 10-meter long cable positive and negative rotation 1440 °

(4 laps) for a time, rotating 10 times without cracking torsional cable sheathing,

2.5U0/5min voltage does not breakdown.

● Normal temperature 10-meter long cable under the positive and negative rotation 1080 °

(3 laps) for a time, rotating 3600 times without cracking torsional cable sheathing,

2.5U0/5min voltage does not breakdown.

● cable has excellent UV resistance.
